Boire means “to drink” and is an irregular verb.

You use boire in the same way as you would use “to drink” in English.

There are 2 important rules to take into account when you want to pronounce a boire conjugation in the present tense.

  1. The je, tu, and il/elle/on verb forms all have the same pronunciation. The -s andt endings are not pronounced. It is just the “boi” part that gets pronounced.

These verbs are pronounced in the same exact way.
