To form inverted questions with nouns in the passé composé, you will use the following construction:
- (question word) + subject noun + auxiliary avoir/être + hyphen + je/tu/il/elle/nous/vous/ils/elles + past participle
Quand André est–il mort ?
When did André die?
Please note how il matches André, seeing as he is a man.
Je/tu/il/elle/nous/vous/ils/elles have to match the gender of the subject noun.
Quand ma soeur est–elle allée au Nigeria ?
When did my sister go to Nigeria?
Luis et toi avez–vous déménagé hier ?
Did Luis and you move out yesterday?
Annabelle est–elle allée à Paris pour voir Samuel ?

With il/elle + avoir, you will have to add a -t- between avoir (=a) and the pronoun to make it easier to pronounce.
