À Pâques, on mange des lapins en chocolat.

At Easter we eat chocolate rabbits.

À Hanoucca, toute la famille se réunit.

At Hanukkah the whole family comes together.

A l’Aïd, toute la famille va à la mosquée.

At Eid, the entire family goes to the mosque.

Seeing as Aïd starts with a vowel, you will say à l’.

When you want to talk about the actual day of the holiday, then you will use:

She left on Christmas Day.
