  • ne/n’ + me/te/se/nous/vous/se + conjugated être + pas + particip passé

I didn’t have fun at the party.

Tu ne t’es pas couché tôt.

Il ne s’est pas habillé.

He didn’t get dressed.

Nous ne nous sommes pas réveillés à l’heure.

The only thing that differs is that after the pas“, you will place the “particip passé” because it is a compound tense.
