When you use a direct object and y together, you will always place the indirect object before en.

Jean m’en a donné un peu.

Jean gave me some of it.

Nous voulons t’en parler.

We want to talk to you about it.

Je dois lui en parler.

I must tell him about it.

Ils nous en ont offert.

They offered us some of them.

Je vous en ai vendu.

I sold you some.

Je leur en ai montré cinq.

I showed them five of them.

Please note how both the pronouns are before the conjugated verb, or the auxiliary (in the compound tenses).
